Shared Stories from the Defence Industry, curated for you.
TFTC aims to support, inspire and lead our individual participants to imagine and achieve their ‘personal bests’ and career goals. The program has already given 144 women working in Defence and Defence Industry an opportunity for mentorship that they wouldn’t have likely had otherwise.

Our participant perspectives are great news stories to be shared and are living proof of how we are inspiring the future through collaboration!
