What is a supporting organisation?

The TFTC Mentoring Program is funded by our supporting organisations.

Supporting organisations nominate participants to the TFTC Mentoring Program.

What will my employees gain from being a mentee or mentor?

To find out more about the many benefits of being a participant in the program, please see our For Mentees and For Mentors pages. Or of course you can contact our Program Manager directly who will be happy to help.

For Mentees

A mentee is someone who works with a mentor to learn, grow and develop. To be eligible to be a mentee in the TFTC Mentoring Program, you must be a woman working within a STEM related discipline in the Defence Industry.

For Mentors

A mentor is someone who works with a mentee to support their learning, growth and development. Mentors in the TFTC Mentoring Program work in the Defence Industry and usually have a background in engineering, project management, IT or technical field.
